Cannot See Financial Account Tile

If a Student sees this message on the Financial Account Tile:

 

Assist them with the following navigation to correct the problem:

Navigator > Main Menu > Setup SACR > User Defaults

On the tab User Defaults 1, ensure the following fields are filled out:

For “Term,” enter in the current (or most appropriate) term. You can click on the lookup to find it if you do not know what the term code is.

Click Save.

On the tab User Defaults 2, ensure the following fields are filled out:

For Aid Year, select the Max Year. Click on the look up to find the max year.

Click Save.

Go back to the Homepage to check the Financial Account Tile.
